Barbara Freedman, CPA, MBA, CFP(R) founder of TAX-ON-THE.NET, earned her MBA from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) practitioner. Barbara is a member of the Maryland Association of CPA's, the Women Business Owners of Montgomery County, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. In addition to her work at TAX-ON-THE.NET, Ms. Freedman owns Financial Resolution (fee only financial planning) and has a background in budgeting, cost reporting, banking, mortgage banking, and healthcare. Continuing her service to the community, Barbara also volunteers for the Partnership for Animal Welfare helping to find homes for homeless dogs and encourages everyone to visit www.paw-rescue.org.
